I probably make fun of Tuluk more than anyone else on the GDB, even though 80% of my characters are played there.

Yeah not all of us can help our spelling and grammer. It might shock you but some of us have legitimate reasons for not being the best spellers or great at grammer. (like me)
And while I apologise for my typing/spelling. Banning and or ftb and claiming not worth the time? That's bad form from where I am sitting.

But that and the follow up of "not worth my time" seemed a little bit of a harsh response. Even the best spellers and those great with grammar typo and get it wrong. So while taking it with a pinch of salt. It still needed saying. At least I thought so.

if someone doesn't like your grammar and your grammar doesn't get their rocks off and they ask for ftb it is not bad form, deal with it.

I'll view it as bad form because as I said before, it can't be helped in some cases. It is not something that can just be improved at will. And having a scene cut short for something you personally can't help, and requires a little understanding and patience is just lame.

I personally do my best, but when you can't see how a word is spelt(like me). Or you don't hear every comma, quotation, period or any other punctuation or see them or who they are used(like me) It can be hard to know how they are placed. So while I can understand from a person's prospective who is used to all these thing's prospective and give some leeway, I would expect the same respect in kind. I personally see that as only fair.

I have been on the fence about this new rule. On one hand, fine whatever was my thought, but on the other it makes me wonder why it needs to be mandated. It seems to me that the previous allowance of the actions now banned had markers in place no less than and no greater than any other aspect in which ooc consent must be obtained to apply.

It comes across as perhaps either there are far to many cases of rape and public unwanted molestation going on with out consent for staff to handle or want to ban those individuals perpetrating them. So a mass ban has been put in place.

Other wise I can not see why staff would need to censor the game, further than the previous lines of decorum that had been set.

I feel like the issue is not so much the riddance of rape, but the blanket statement and penalty for any and all actions that display some form of advancement in sexual nature. Be it as innocent as a one person stealing a kiss from another, to the most worst of sexual torture. They are now all deemed the same severity. I have trouble with rl laws that see things so black and white and I have issue with rules in this game that would do the same.

It is not a punishment to fit a crime.

I feel that in a rush to try an augment or fix an issue things are taken to far in extreme. I think their should be some revision, but that is my own opinion as a consenting adult, able to say yes, no, stop and able to adhere to others that say yes, no and stop.
