Getting it rather bad.  Keep getting disconnected and every time I try to log back in, it first tries to tell me that my account is unable to be found.  Second try lets me log in.

That's a service provider problem, isn't it? Proxies don't help with those, if I'm not mistaken.

What it is, is the route to ginka seems to be going through a server owned by Cogent that has been getting very flooded/having very spotty network issues. Cabbage is hoping there is a proxy server that would take a different route, since the lag isn't experienced by EVERYONE, so there must be a way to "get around the lag" somewhere.



Whats even more frustrating, is the route takes you through like five different hops in the JFK cluster of Atlas. COME ON.

Just to be clear, routes on a ping or traceroute are NOT servers. They are switches and possibly routers. It doesn't do any good to be calling things what they aren't.
