Been like this for a while now. Top left is ping to ginka, top right is ping to google, bottom center is the traceroute to ginka, with close servers blacked out. What do?

You're not hitting atlas.cogentco, which is what I bet a lot of us east coasters(?) might be hitting. If I knew how to route my fucking router around that, believe me, I would dodge that shit so hard.

You're not hitting atlas.cogentco, which is what I bet a lot of us east coasters(?) might be hitting. If I knew how to route my fucking router around that, believe me, I would dodge that shit so hard.

I'm on the east coast... No way to do it on your end your ISP and theirs determines the routes you take. Call your ISP and complain. Easier fix would be for a staff member to send in the information to the host of their server and have them open a ticket with Cogent.
