Suggestion for notorious whiran spell

There is a very notorious [EDITED] spell which is famously cast [EDITED BY MODERATOR]. I think it should be updated in a way which will help precedent that use. It'll still be an overpowered "win neutral now" button but if it applies an effect similar to the dungeons and dragons feather fall effect to the victim (which would be very thematically appropriate).

(Fireball, FeatherFall, and other popular culture Spells have been used as a wink towards the audience, but Lotion's post has clearly attempted to say and talk about the spell without saying the name of the spell.)
