What is the difference in these examples? I don't know.

When you see a listing you like send the player a PM stating you are interested in their illegal craigslist posting and then pick a time+place for your characters to meet ingame.

I need someone to make a char between 20-30 years old in Luir's to be hunting buddy. No witches. Take raider or scout because I'm a stalker and can poison your stuff. I've got mounts but don't spend your starting money because we're putting it toward a skimmer. Pilot's helpful I guess. I use clubs.

You're not supposed to talk about where your current character is playing.
You're not supposed to talk about what your current character type is.

The intent of the rules is to prevent players from targeting other players.
