accept repair price

I went to get something repaired and i get time and cost but I cannot seem to accept. I know doing something stupid but regarless can someone refresh my memory?

I wonder if staff would put some type of OOC instruction similar to the water sellers for tailors.  Think it would be helpful for instances such as this.

The help file has it! But, I don't see why there can't be one at the tailors themselves!
