I think every room behind a curtain in any establishment is pretty much a gimme. As is every wagon, every apartment, every balcony, every back room, every rooftop, every abandoned house, every alley.

I once had a PC pimp character (who actually made alot of money doing that, I had a stable of 4-5 female PC's I ran at once in nak, it was pretty disturbing) I even wore a hat with a feather in it and some custom sun-slits... BUT
