I demand the new staffs are equipped with
- 1 bandanna
- 1 pair of chalton leather boots
- 1 steel knife with compass and hidden compartment for thread and needle used for sewing together wounds
- 1 makeshift poncho
- 1 chip for their shoulder

Modern concepts of fair trials and justice are simply nonexistent in Zalanthas. If you are accused, you are guilty until someone important decides you might be useful. It doesn't really matter if you did it or not.
