Greetings all!  ;D

I am one of those players of old who often fades into obscurity(read as real life) and then back into reality(read as Armageddon).. Well I'm inching my way back and I've discovered that I'm both confused and excited by the new developments.

Can someone help me with a sweet little recap so that I don't get lost wading through a year and half of board posts(I'm digging the new format by the way, although I do miss the brown text background..)

And is there a firm date that Arm1 is going to transition into Arm2?

Looks like a whole lot of work has been going into its development so I certainly can't wait to taste the fruit of those labours(will it still be called ginka?), in the meantime I'm gonna try to jump back into the story!  :o

First off, welcome back.

Second, what sort of recap are you looking for?  Code changes, news, IC events that you'll find out IC?

Thirdly, no, there isn't a time date for the arrival of Arm 2.0.  Staff has said that they'd rather not put one on it, but will let us know when they go into beta.

Aha!

I read the updated timeline history, so I'm as up-to-date on IC events as I need to be, I guess I mean recap the story of Arm2.0's progress to completion from when I left a year and a half ago to now. :)

Where exactly do we stand at this point? Is there a link to an Arm2.0 timeline summary I'm missing?

Could be months, could be years... I've heard alot of people, estimate that its going to be a year (like end of this year or something '08) at least.. So we've no clue, not a single set date... So jump back into the game, and join us in the slow death of the world! ^^

EDIT: By people, I mean players... Not staff.

Your best bet is to start with the Armageddon Reborn forum and move from there to the Bride of son blog.
