Following Vehicles

One thing that seems lacking in the game is the ability to follow vehicles.  You can follow PCs, NPCs, and Mobs, but you can't follow the (usually) larger and slower vehicles.

I propose a change to the follow code to allow the following of vehicle objects.

I agree.

In addition, I would like to see some sort of ability to "lead" a wagon/cart item, so elves can utilize pack animals and wagons without having to "ride" in it.  This would primarily be for the newer wagon types that require mounts to be hitched to the wagon.

That would allow elves to steal more wagons, since they wouldn't have to get in it and pilot it away.
