Item (Arrow) Quality Assessment

How would you like arrow quality assessment to work?

1-3 Qualifiers (with misvaluation)

1-3 Qualifiers (exact valuation)
1 (10%)
4+ Qualifiers (with misvaluation)
1 (10%)
4+ Qualifiers (exact valuation)

1-3 Qualifiers are like: Bad - Average - Good
Misvaluation is like value skill, you might get average when it is actually good (depending on skill, or highly random)
Exact valuation is the opposite, you get the correct value every single time.

I first was very excited about this, but then I realized ambiguity on items is one of the greatest elements making this game great. Eventually, a sizeable player population will only go for best items, and everyone will ask for great quality items in their MCs. And all those beautiful items once was loved and thought to be good will be never used again. This will impact clans too, as they will know their traditional items are inferior. (if they are)

What is your opinion?

4+ with misvaluation

Let people argue, ICly, about which arrow is the best one to use.
Then laugh as it doesn't matter, because I backstabbed them.

In my opinion,

Having less "qualifiers' for quality makes misevaluation more frequently, or naturally 'inherent' to the evaluation of quality.

Let's say that arrows have a 1 - 10 "quality" range.
You can have a bad "1" arrow and a bad "3" arrow, and they are both "bad"
and "8" through "10" would be good.
You're not sure what is the best of the best, but you know it's in the top.

That's my preference.
