What's the best way of OOC communication for time scheduling for the unclanned?

It seems "ask the staff" part of the Forum does not exist (or I couldn't find) and also thought, this is rather an important question and probably some players already know the answer.

As a group of unclanned PCs (without a board to communicate), when you are planning an event what's the current most accepted way of communicating for timetables? I remember the days, we CC our e-mails to mud@armageddon.org but I guess those days are long long long past.

In game, with OOC command I asked players to e-mail me, but then thought maybe this is not the current acceptable way of doing things.

Thank you.

I use the OOC Command, if you have to, give them your GDB and send messages on here about coordinating.

Armageddon is best when it's actually harsh and brutal, not when we're only pretending that it is.

The same here.
A foreign presence contacts your mind.

You think:
"No! Please leave me be whoever you are."

You sense a foreign presence withdraw from your mind.

Since you can't use the OOC command to ask everyone in your non-clan, if they're not all logged in at the same time and in the same room as you -

I'd submit a character request, and give a list of the people you want to communicate with; the character names as you know them, sdescs as you know them, GDB or Discord account names IF you know them. And then provide the thing you want communicated, and see if staff can help with it.
