Title: Drunk and staggering and falling down
Post by: KIA on November 16, 2008, 12:16:33 AM
I wonder if it might be cool to have a chance of getting dusty, muddy, smelly and whatnot, if you fall down drunk on the road. Just a random, meaningless thought.

And shit on things other than boots and pants, for you Bynners who're still trashed after last night's Gaj crawl.

Dusty and muddy when drunk fun maybe, but not smelly.

-shrug- Stay out of the latrines or sewers if you're too drunk to walk.

Makes sense to me.

More realistic too.

If you're really that drunk, you shouldn't even be standing up. HellMOO has a vomit command where you could lower your intoxication level by vomiting. In Arm, I presume you could get your smelly clothes from that. Any flavor feature which also has a gameplay benefit and an additional flavor feature is good in my book :P

Though voiding your stomach of its contents doesn't always = Negative blood alcohol levels.

Though agreed with FourTwenty, it would be nice not to fall twelve times before moving a room, even if you're plastered.

I could handle up to a ten second delay to movements for plastered, even.

Simulate staggering, yo.

But the falling makes me want to kill things.

But that's not the point of this thread.

/derail, pls.
