You are kidding, right?

What are you, some Asianesque character speaking in third person?
That was completely lost on me. So, either it was a really sad joke, or, I am just not too sharp right now.

Wait, unless you meant ... no, I don't do drugs.
I'll bring your attention to your spelling of "You" - Yiu. Yiu is an Asian name.

All right, this has gotten way too off topic.  Don't we still have that derailment thread floating around somewhere?

Anyhow, my favored mount is the kank.  Kanks seem to have immense capabilities as mounts, and do everything they are stated to do in the documentation and probably more.  I have yet to meet a mount that is as well-rounded or superior to any of the kank's abilities...at least, a mount that any of my characters could have rode.

I thought I saw in the chariots post that the kanks have smooth shells, much like an ant.  However, I believe I've noticed elsewhere that kanks have a rough chitin shell, and they're not quite like ants, exactly, but fairly close.  After all, I've seen some kanks that can make quite un-ant-like noises.

My opinion?

Inix are just right as they are. Lazy but strong. Sunbacks really got shafted - I'd make them almost as fast as a kank since they're supposed to be related to raptors, and that'd make them perfect IMHO. Erdlu are fine as they are - and an erdlu is actually a very good mount for smaller PCs, I've used them plenty in the past. No experience with and thus no opinion on war beetles.

Other more exotic type mounts I'll stay hush about, and I actually agree with the way that the ones I have experienced, are set up - certain mounts just aren't meant to be beasts of burden.

The more exotic the better.  I used to ride ratlons quite a bit, but now I prefer even more exotic ones, if my character has the ability/interest to acquire them.

AC,

Yes I was kidding.  I don't know how else to respond to a post comparing various video game mounts.  All of my choices on game equipment are based on style, not performance.  If you want to talk about performance, you ought to see the Corvette I'm going to buy next year.
The inix vs. kank argument I find to be somewhat less exciting.
