I can't find an answer to this in the help files.

How much text can a book hold in each page?  I want to maximize my writing and not have unused space wasted.

Be aware that note items have a limited number of pages (which vary
depending on the item), and limited space on each page (less than 980
characters or so). Whenever you begin to write, you will be starting a new
page.
