Changes for immortal building commands (Nessalin)
Script for specialized merchants (Raesanos)
The assess command now factors in what type of shoes both looker
and target are wearing when calculating the "taller than/shorter
than" message. Most shoes will have no effect. Based on idea from
Sirilla. (Sanvean, bugs fixed by Tiernan)

on desert elves while we try to figure out an arrangement that works
well and ensures the various DE clans are given attention.
