GDB Alts Required for Clan Boards

This isn't something we ever really wanted to enforce, but given some of the concerning things we've heard about going on outside of the game, we're going to start trialing a new approach.

From now on, if you want to join a clan forum, you'll need to create a new GDB account to do so. The account name shouldn't be related to any other accounts you've used or are currently using for Armageddon, whether in-game, on Discord, or on the GDB.

If you use Gmail, you can take advantage of the '+' technique to create new accounts without needing new email addresses, e.g., myemailaddress+charactername@gmail.com. If that's not an option for you, or if you don't have other techniques I'm not aware of, it's very easy for us to delete GDB accounts. Once you're done with an alt, just send in a request, and we can delete the account so you can create another for your next clanned PC as needed.

Remember, IG behavior and decisions should not be influenced by who is playing a PC. It's against the rules to discuss IG events and happenings outside of the game, including sharing who you're playing, discussing your character's activities, or conspiring, planning and plotting outside of the game. Players who engage in this kind of OOC cheating aren't just spoiling the game for others, they're spoiling it for themselves too.
