Updated Water Touched and Fire Touched

Both of these subguilds had a "less than ideal" spell as a 2nd tier spell, which has been replaced with something slightly more useful for those subguilds.  The spell removed really is best paired with full guild elementalists.  If you created a Fire Touched or Water Touched before this post and the character is still alive, feel free to open a request if you have any issues or questions about it.
