Luir's Starter Shop Option

I have added the Luir's Starter Shops as a DOWN exit to the Allanak Starter Shops so that folks can go there and get tribal gear if they need it.  Note, this really is meant for tribals, if you're an Allanaki born and raised you probably should steer clear.

Once in the Luir's Starter Shops if you enter arch it will take you to Allanak's starting location for now.
