I really, genuinely like this, and I think it's among the best decisions people have made for the past six months or so.

Having to handle things through the request tool so much has been a thorn in the side of many people for a very long time. From the often-memed 'noted' to people being told their requests are too long to the rebuttal 'but you guys are the ones asking for these reports!', it's been a source of contention since forever, a prime reason the game can be extremely slow and disrespectful of your time, a source of misunderstanding, frustration, and poor communication in general.

Anything to break out of that paradigm is a good thing. Bringing reports, IC aspirations, and the like, all to the MUD proper? Also a good thing. I very much approve of this and I'm glad to see it happen.
