Thank you so much for this. This is the kind of structure that encourages my active, consistent participation. At times, my own anxieties have led me to wonder if Arm would even be around for another week or two. This roadmap is very useful. I feel it can be easier to /commit/ to a certain amount of playtime now. This is the opposite of silence, and an excellent example of the kind of transparency that can really give players hope and fill them with gratitude. Thank you.

0-3 months: Subguild consolidation project (Brokkr, Halaster)

And also
Long term: Main guild review/overhaul (Producer Team)

Those excel sheets I keep seeing around with overpowered subguilds, known as Brokkr's subguilds, is it going to be handled in 0-3 months. Or is this subguild consolidation something else?

It's in the process of happening. We can't give a fixed deadline, because there is a good chunk of work dependent on one person's time and availability, but it's a high priority.
