• We will now allow people to use a Special Application to be a gemmed, full guild elementalist.
• Bound will still be a thing, as a path for gemmed subguilds.
• The character will need to start play as gemmed, or become gemmed as soon as they manifest.  At this time there will not be exceptions to this rule.
• Cannot be combined with other special offers.
