Changes to character ages

As some or all of you may be aware, there were some recent concerns voiced over the age that PCs may be played. As the whole of the staffing team does not and will not condone certain behaviours, we are left with changing the minimum age in which a character may be played to avoid any situation that would be considered inappropriate.

As of the code release soon, no character will be permitted before the age of adulthood for their race (IE: 16 years of age for humans). We are basing this decision upon the global average of consent, as seen here: https://www.worldatlas.com/articles/age-of-consent-around-the-world.html
