This seems to have poofed off the bar rumor board some how. There will be a Kadius/Salarr auction tonight at Reds 9pm Est/Sever

After you type your message and quit out of the text editor, just remember to "write board" with no topic. This will tell you that "the board is now saved to disk" and you'll be set. 

If you don't do that, your message will clear out at the next reboot, hence the vanishing message board syndrome.

Anyone can do write board to save.

But who knows if anyone will!

The best policy is always to do it when you finish writing a rumor on the board, unless you don't care if it's there later. (Sometimes if it's about something not very important, people don't care about save it. For events, it is VERY helpful to save it.)
