Crossposted from In Game Boards:

A small boy enter the tavern, dressed in the uniform pieces of House Nenyuk.
Jumping onto the bar he blows a horn, loud and clear, causing the chatter to
die down as most patrons attention turns toward him.

'Announcement from House Nenyuk! Announcement!Nenyuk announces the reopening of its long closed apartment over the
Gladiator and Gaj tavern! These have been scrubbed clean and redecorated
with new locks added to give extra security! House Nenyuk also advises
that it will be conducting renovation of its apartment complexes over
the next year. Tenants will be advised prior to their apartment being
closed for renovation.'

OOC INFO:

Over the next couple of months we will be renovating apartments.  We will be starting in Allanak.  This will mean that apartments will be shut down on a rotating basis while these changes are made.  We will alert players who are renting in those complexes a week prior to shut down. Players will be responsible for removing their items from the apartments.  We will provide more information on any changes that have IC impact as they are implemented.
"It doesn't matter what country someone's from, or what they look like, or the color of their skin. It doesn't matter what they smell like, or that they spell words slightly differently, some would say more correctly." - Jemaine Clement. FOTC.

Additional information for those that are informed that they need to vacate an apartment:

- You may submit a request asking staff for a reimbursement of sid left on your rental
- You may wish up asking staff to help you move furniture to your new apartment. Please note this will only be items you have placed there. Items that were 'furnished by Nenyuk' remain with the apartment.
