At midnight, voting resets.  Now, you don't HAVE to vote exactly at midnight. However, the more initial votes we get in that first 12 hour window, the better--as much of a lead as we can get is great to have.  The competition at the beginning can be rough, too, so keep that in mind...sustained voting is the key!
