Rape is defined as any unwanted sexual contact characterized by force. So if you're forcefully pinning somebody against a wall and groping them and molesting them, penetration or not, guess what? That's rape/sexual assault. Penile penetration has NOTHING to do with rape. It's any kind of forceful sexual contact, all of that constitutes rape as far as the rules are concerned regarding rape.
