What if someone is in the room with you watching you hidden and they don't want to witness the rough sexual play that they don't realize is just "playing" and not actual dominance? Even if you and your sexual partner have had the rough sex a thousand times, you never know who is watching that 1,001st time. They might not realize this is just how you do it. They will think it is actual rape/this guy forcing his overly dominant sexual advances on you.

If in public I totally agree everyone that is there or could be there should have consent to anything sexual related.

I think you're going a little overboard if its done in the privacy of a rented apartment. If in the privacy of a rented apartment someone is there watching and hidden or a mindbender is in your mind watching then that's their problem. If you believe to be alone in an apartment that is rented by you and no one else should be there you should feel fine as long as anyone who you do know and is visible  that is there consents. Everyone else they are free to leave if they don't want to watch it.
