Update to character/account storing

We are working on moving from flat files to a database for character/account storage, and we took a fairly major step this morning in that direction.  We are still seeing some quirks with logging in the first time after this change.  Please wish up if you do log in somewhere you weren't, and we'll handle moving you back.
