Tavern/City echos in tuluk?

I couldnt help but notice that there's still sometimes a situation/event/random emote/echo in taverns and along the streets in Tuluk regarding Jihaen and Lirathan vnpc templars interacting with another vnpc. Shouldn't these be changed to "A female templar dressed in white robes" or "A male templar dressed in Jihae embossed armor" considering the recent changes?

The history page has been updated as what occurred would probably be noteworthy.  Bear with us as the code comes to bear with some of the realities of the plot side of things!

Yep, this is one of those things.  Not exactly an oversight, just haven't gotten to the taverns/echoes yet!  Plus the robe changes got rolled back recently by accident, so we need to fix that too.
