Please Announce Changes to Basic Mechanics

Change is sometimes good.  Sometimes it's bad.  But if a basic game mechanic undergoes a significant change, and it is a commonly understood mechanic by 99.9% of the playerbase (the .1% representing a 1st time player just entering the world), you would think the change would be made known...

We do, for the most part.  If we don't we either forgot or had a reason to think the information shouldn't be shared.  If you believe there is something specific that has changed, feel free to email me to ask, but nothing has changed recently.  Not to anything 99.9% of the playerbase is aware of.
