I'm not really sure where to put this, so I'm just putting it under general.

I sent in a request the 9th, and I still haven't gotten any response. I was just wondering if there is any way to find out the progress on said request. I'm just wondering because, the answer to said request determines what I'm going to do. So, one outcome would mean I'd just send in a storage request and then submit my next character, other outcome means I keep playing my current character.

Idk, I'm just, not sure what's going on.

You can reply to the request from the request history portion of My Account on the web page.  Ask for status.
