Please tell me I'm not the only one stupid enough to log on and attempt to contact someone without looking at current amount of stun.. to then realise, shit, I have 3.. and you blackout and have to sit there for ten minutes like.. I'm a douche.. >.< I swear it's happened several times to me now!
A staff member sends:
     "You can quit ooc - or if you want I can kill <character name>, that'd definitely reset it."

I've done in a couple times, though not since my first few weeks. One incident was particularly embarrassing/amusing, but it's too soon to talk about.

It's a relatively common occurance, really. I've seen it happen about once a fortnight or so of IRL time.

Oh, I did the same all the time. Now I make sure to wait a few moments before quitting in order to be sure this wouldn't happen.

I've done this before.  With sponsored roles who really should know better.  :-\  I've Wayed myself out on everything from nobles to Lirathans due to some weird connection bugs, and the fact that sometimes for seemingly no reason, my commands don't get recognized by the MUD.

I pay really close attention to my stun because most of my characters totally judge characters who do it harsly. Especially important people and older people.
I've also used the blackouts on purpose and I'm sure many of us do.
Many times I've been below 3 and  stopped myself only to pray I don't get smacked upside the head!
I'm taking an indeterminate break from Armageddon for the foreseeable future and thereby am not available for mudsex.

I frequently end up with characters with like... 85 max stun, which then drops a bunch when in contact with someone.

It's awful.

Hehe I do this often...never on purpose...the worst is when your flying...Though I haven't done that one in a few years. Nothing like waking up to a templar standing over you wondering why you fell out of the sky.  ;D
