The character approval message says
QuoteFor the first few hours, if your character dies, you can come back into
the game. But whatever killed you will probably kill you as soon as you
come back, so we suggest waiting a while before comeing back into the
game
(a day is usually sufficient).
Is it just me or is this misleading? Perhaps it would be better to say "If you go back to your dead body whatever killed you will probably kill you as soon as you come back, so we suggest waiting a while before going back to your body"? Because the current message suggests to me that when I die I go into some sort of limbo. Unless I'm reading the message wrong.[/quote]

Well first of all, you shouldn't be going back to your old body at all. Your reincarnated self should be treated as a completely new character who just happens to look the same as the one who died.

And just happens to be totally naked and without money? :?

Quote from: "Summer"And just happens to be totally naked and without money? :?

One of the Funniest stories I can remember involved two of my friends going out into the desert and both getting killed by a scrab or some such.  They were both within their res time so they both took the res, without clothes or anything else for that matter.  The best part is how they RPed it.

"We threw our clothes and everything else into to air to confuse the thing and ran back to the gates as fast as we could."

When I heard about this, I laughed my ass off.
When we found her Marnlee mornin',
Hoofprints walking up her back
There were empties by her war braids
And sixty-five dead carru in a stack.
