Server issues/lag

We are currently experiencing server issues that we are working to resolve.  We appreciate your patience as we try and diagnose and fix this problem.

Today we have brought the server down and will be rebooting the system to see if that helps (from the Microsoft guide to troubleshooting computer issues).
