You may notice that you're failing contact more as of recently. Particularly new characters.
There was a change that was making it easy to succeed but difficult to improve.
This has been remedied.

We'll keep a close eye, particularly on how it affects new characters. Just wanted to let you know since the change is pretty noticable.
