Web Page - Editor Tool Update

Hey folks,

   We received some complaints about issues with using the request tool in IE 9.  We have upgraded the editor to a newer release that has apparently fixed the problems.  Please let me know (via email) if you find anything drastically wrong with the request tool (like unable to enter a new request, or the request comes up empty).
