The mud crashed just after I'd procured a new char and I lost my stats (which were rather agreeable to me), should I just live with it? Chance a reroll? or ask the staff for some assistance?

I figure you could ask the staff, in an unusual situation like that. I figure they'd be willing to help you out... So long as you don't reroll...
