New soldiers bug

We are aware that they do not show their sdesc in their ldesc when they are moving between locations.  This will require a reboot to fix, and in the meantime, they fix themselves when they arrive at their destination.  Thank you to everyone who has bugged, wished up, and sent in requests.  You can stop now. :)

Recent code bugs notwithstanding, I can tell that some of the soldiers have gotten a recent brush-up, and on the surface it's rather nice.

It's also cool how they keep time. You start thinking "it must be about to be dawn, the soldiers are heading out on their patrol"... It's cool. Kudos to the staff.

I concur, the soldiers seem much more believable, including their ldesc in certain places, will make one pause to consider if they are animated or not..
