Highlighted topics with Imm posts

Pretty simple Idea but basically it would be nice if any post with an imm response in it became highlighted or some how marked in the forums to signify that fact. In general imm posts tend to give definite important answers or information and it would be nice to be able to never miss them.

An icon next to the thread would be better than an eye-bleeding highlighter.
