New Helper System

We are proud to announce a brand new Helper System that has gone online today.  Now instead of having to look at a list and guess who is online, we have a system that will help funnel people seeking help directly to helpers that are online and available.  This should mean that new players get the help they need as quickly and fast as possible.  If you are looking for a helper, you go to the same place you always have, but now instead of the list of helpers you'll find a 'Chat Now' image on the page, click on that and someone will answer as soon as possible. 

If for some reason no helpers are available on-line, messages will be emailed to make sure that they are answered as soon as someone comes available.
