Mastercraft Submissions go through Request Tool

We have added a new request tool type 'Character Related > Mastercraft Submission'.  Please use this for all Mastercraft submissions from now on.  It will give you a template to type into that covers all the information we need, and has links to documentation on what you need to fill in.

You still must clear with your clan staff before you can be considered a mastercrafter.  Contact them to check and see if you are.
