Soh Lanah Kah closed

Pretty self explanatory.  SLK is closed for a while.

We'll re-open it eventually, but for the while, d-elf staff will be focusing on the Akei'ta Var, Red Fangs, and Sun Runners.

Staff was looking for a way to trim down the workload on the tribes a bit, and much like the cities, there will be three primary clans open at a time.  The Soh, being the most xenophobic and geographically limited of the tribes, was the obvious choice.
