Yes.  I wasn't actually joking.  I will do a live reading of an Armageddon log or two perhaps.  For proper flow, I'll be making substantial edits to the log (who wants to say somebody's sdesc, or "in sirihish" 200 times over).

So, I'm seeking a suggestion for a good log or three to read.  This can either be in the submissions section of the website, or a new one sent to me via PM.  Any additional information about the log is greatly appreciated.  Names most important, perhaps with a little context as well.

I'd prefer nothing too long, a few pages is best.  Readings longer than 15-20 minutes are tedious.  If it's important to somebody, I'll send my "reading" version of the log back to the original owner, to ensure that I've captured the flavor and mood of the scene correctly.

Times are not yet arranged.  I'll get around to it one day, and bump this thread.   Not to mention I have a cold right now, so it would sound hilarious.

Of course, they must be over a year old.

I don't have a log to contribute, but this is awesome.

Will you do different voices (please)?  Where can we hear it when it's recorded?  What made you decide to do this?

The secret to great RP is having the balls to be weird and the brains to make it eloquent.

You should read stories.

If you decide on stories then I submit Ghost's stories.

I'm not going to be trying to impersonate voices or do anything over the top, but I'll certainly be doing small pitch adjustments, and try and keep inflections to such a way that you know who's talking.  It's not so bad.  I've done some story reading before.  I try to sound natural, while still having some dramatic energy.

I will likely do it LIVE on tinychat, and also record it.  But we'll see closer to when it's actually recorded.

I decided because of the mul vs. mule pronounciation thread.

I'm offering to "storyize" a log.  I'd make it flow as smoothly as possible, and seem like a narrative, while preserving as much as the original dialogue and emotes as possible.

That said:  I can certainly read Ghost's stories, with his permission, and if it's requested.

What do you mean by "Reading"?  Is it like reading it to a group of people or reading it on radio to whoever listens at the time or something?  I could suggest the Criminal series I posted on the web, but then again they may be longer than what you had in mind.

If you want the stories, sure you can read them if there is a demand for it.

That reminds me, I should finish the next part of those stories, now since I don't have an exam or anything anymore
some of my posts are serious stuff

Reading/recording purely for the amusement of Armageddon players, and nobody else.  Basically, I'm going to make arbitrary decisions on how to pronounce things, and drive everybody nuts.  In fact, does somebody have a link to that pronounciation thread?  (not the mul one)

I'm a big fan of story time, and give this a hearty thumbs up.  I'd join the fun, if more then one reading is desired.

This sounds awesome.

As per http://www.armageddon.org/original/showAuthor.php?author=Ghost

The Criminal is still in log form, and the Warriors of Faith are stories, unless the Criminal stories are hiding elsewhere?

I'm beginning to agree with Cutthroat.  Your stories are great and would certainly mean a whole lot less prep-work for me.

Criminal series are logs, yes.  I thought logs were your priority, that is why I suggested them.  Though you are right, logs would require you to work a lot to put them in a good read.

This gets my vote!

I really hope you sound like Morgan Freeman! ^crossing fingers^
It matters not how strait the gate,
How charged with punishments the scroll,
I am the master of my fate:
I am the captain of my soul.

Indeed.  I'm still willing to read a suggested log, provided it's short, and I can rework it without it taking a long time.  The Criminal series is definitely more than I have time for at the moment.  But, reading your story series sounds good to me too.
