The T'zai Byn is totally awesome, and totally needs a mul.

This would be a new purchase for the Byn. If you have already sent an application stating you were owned for some period of time before now, that's fine. If you want to send an update you can, otherwise we'll ask you to revise it if we decide we like your overall application best.
