Only three things needed to fill this role, and already made PC's can easily fit into it.

One. Be human, male, and roughly 30ish.

Two. Having ever had intercourse with an elf, circumstances are up to the individual.

Only apply if you are willing to have me drop by periodically and totally go psycho on your ass, dip you in roleplay, and roll you in drama, then serve you up nice, fresh, and amazed.
