We have expanded the Biography Tool available under 'My Account' on the website to allow you to edit and add biography entries to your characters current and old. 

Note that it currently limits you to adding and editing entries for dead/stored characters if your account is online.  Otherwise, there is no limit to how many bio entries you can add or which characters you can add them to (if they were saved since we started doing biographies, as before).
