That's weird, we ran into that while testing and changed it so that the textarea handles wrapping the text.  What browser are you using? 

Only Explorer, as far as I know.
It is only a few characters short.

Account History = Broken.  It doesn't parse correctly and multi-line requests are cut off after just a few lines, like 3.

I'm clicking the request.  You can click anywhere to bring up the details for the request.  I'll try this strange button you speak of, though.
