The Ministries of the Allanaki templarate are a fun thing to discover ic, and I won't spoil anything by mentioning a word on them here.  I will, however, answer your question through email if pm, should you so desire.

How long is the search going to be? Id rather not have to store my current character... but im wondering if its like a couple month plan to accept applications then pick, or if its first come first serve, or something else?

I always accept applications, though currently I need to fill them fairly soon.  The best apps will merit the longest waiting period, of course, and meeting my requirements above is the most important.
