How do I join blackmoon im really interested!! or do i have to find out ic???? please tell me cuz chances are if I try find out ic they will just kill me.

I could be wrong, but I don't think that clan is active at the moment.

Go to the arm page for clans. It will tell you what clans are active and not, and like Dirr said, it is inactive due to a lack of P-base.

Actually, I believe that clan is closed due to ic circumstances, not a lack of players.
